Hello all! My name is Sarah and I am 24 years old and a mother of 2. I am currently trying to lose weight for my 3rd time since highschool. I have realized that I can not do this alone and without the support of friends or family I thought I would turn here for some support. My Husband is in the U. S. Army and is obsessed with losing weight although he is already skinny and fit. I am 5' 3" and 185 lbs and he is constantly giving me a very hard time about my current size, Most times making me feel very bad about myself. But this time I want to lose weight for me and not for him. Some of the things that motivate me are, being able to look and feel good, being able to buy nicer smaller clothes, being able to have more confidence and higher self esteem! My weight bothers me every single day, I have extremely low self esteem and I deal with the constant nagging from my husband several times a day about my weight and I am so tired of it and I am ready to change my life. I was always fit and active in highschool and very athletic so I know I can do this now.

hey Sarah, I know exactly what your going through. I'm 23 and a mother of 1 lol but i gained so much weight when i was pregnant and wearing clothes for me is so depressing for me now. I just recently started my journey to weight loss so we can go on this journey together! and Yes you can do it!! that what i keep telling myself everyday. I know i want to see a better me and I know I have to this for my daughter too.
