Hello!
I'm depressed and so overweight living in Atlanta with my FAT husband and 2 kids.
Before I met my current husband, I weighed 145, which was 4 years ago. Now I weigh over 180 and I'm only 4'11.5". My husband is over 300lbs and I really don't think it bothers him. The attitude he has, has rubbed off on me and now I need to get it together.
I have NEVER been this big before and I cannot seem to get back on track.
My main problems are:
not drinking enough water
not having prepared meals or prepared ingredients(Healthy)
not getting out the house for a little exercise
Run my own business and haven't made a schedule for myself


). We usually have green beans, broccoli, zucchini, and asparagus. I also like to take them out of the bag and roast them. This is especially true of brussel sprouts, which are amazing when roasted!
