I wanted to re-introduce myself. I am back on plan after a long time away.
I need all the support I can get. I do so well during the week then totally blow it on the weekends. I calorie count.
I use a Fitbit and get between 11000-14000
steps a day and that is just for my job. I have an outside job so during the Summer months I get no other exercise...TOO HOT!! Fall is coming.
I look forward to becoming an active member again
