Hello, people, I'm really glad to find such friendly and useful community. I've got some extra weight and I'm going to lose it! Hope this forum will help me with it!

Can anyone advise REALLY useful diet? I tried a lot and it almost didn't help.

Honestly, I'd ditch the whole packaged diet mentality and start learning about the nutritional fundamentals that are constant no matter what "diet" you're following. That way you can begin to build an approach that is tailored to you and your needs.

I don't think it's that you haven't found the right diet. I simply think you're looking at the concept of permanent weight control in the wrong light. Welcome aboard, btw! |

I have watched a lot of YouTube videos and read books by Michael Pollan and think he gives a lot of useful information. And yes, personally, I feel it is good to have the support of a good doctor. My doctor has been a super encourager and when I was thinking of taking any supplements, I have always taken them to her for her approval. |
