Default new to IP
Hi everyone!

Just finished wk 1 with IP and I am not any worse off for ware. Lost 12.2 lbs!!!

The soups are okay and I love veggies anyway. The puddings are great! Haven't felt hungry...if I don't drink enough water, I am thirsty.

Starting 2nd wk...let's see what happens!!! WOO HOO!!!!
