It's a Good Day!
Hi all!
I figured today was a good day to start posting on this forum. I have been reading some of the posts for awhile and decided it was time to join the fun.
A bit about me... I' a 30 year old female from Canada. I started my healthy lifestyle 4 weeks ago today and my starting weight was 165 lbs. My goal was to lose 2 lbs per week. As of today, I'm now at 156lbs! Very proud of my 9 lbs loss. I feel absolutely full of energy and I'm gaining endurance and muscle by the day!
My ultimate goal is to be 130, however my next goal is to be 145 by October 20th.
