Hola amigas*waves*[newbie here]
hey ladies. I'm new here, just signed up yesterday. I'm hoping that with this fourm I'll be able to stay on track with my weightloss and fitness goals. Its so awesome to know theres so many of us going through the same things. Two years ago I reached my heaviest at 273, I thought I was gonna vomit everytime I looked in the mirror. This past March I made it all the way down to 227 and was so proud of myself, I was doing the gym 5 times a week, walking three plus miles everyday and eating super healthy. Over the last few months with the stress of buying a new house, my finaces hours being non exsistant at work, and working my butt off, i was left too exhausted to wake up early to go the gym like I used to, and way too tired after*sigh* SO needless to say Im back up to 238, BLAH. So 4 weeks ago I started Couch to 5k which has been awesome, but thats pretty much all i've had as far as a workout, i can feel myself getting in a slump. So i found you all! I woke up early this AM and did a Jillain micheals dvd(the beeotch is tough) and I plan on heading back to the gym this weekend. I wish I had someone to go with, someone who relied on me to get my bum up in the AM, but i did it everyday for a year alone, so really I have no excuse!!! I have my new cute pair of goal jeans hanging on the front of my door looking at me. I have my short term goal of 230 lbs by the end of September. I plan on starting a blog on tumblr too, sometimes writing it all down helps. I used to use MFP too, I really need to start that again too. Tomorrow is the first, a perfect time to get back on track....well good luck to all you beautiful ladies and I hope to make some really fab new amigas:-) xoxox
