Default I've been doing well for about 3 weeks
Hey guys. I'm trying to lose around 8 kilos. I've struggled with my weight since I was 8 years old. I've always been either overweight, or at the very high end of a healthy weight. I want to get my weight down to something I like, as well as getting fitter and stronger.
