I think it is because as women, we tend to nurture and focus on our significant other....at least that is what is going on for me.
My husband is actually working out of town for the week, so that has given me a good start to my diet without any outside influences. I am nervous that I will not be able to keep up my motivation and drive once he comes back home. So, I am going to have to just cross that bridge when I come to it. But so far I have been taking FULL advantage of the week and have lost 6.5 lbs! I know that is mostly water weight, but I will take it!!
