I am new to this site and looking forward to meeting lots of people and having fun at the same time! I focus mainly of weight issues. Like how to stay focused and on track. I am constantly reading what others have to say and how they manage even when they have slip ups. I know that I have slip ups but I also know that each day is an opportunity to start again and get closer to my goals. So excited to be here!
