Jumping in to the deep end
Alright, I'm posting this not because I think anyone is reading but because it's my way of publically stating my intentions.
I am fat once again. My fault. Been here too many times but I really want to get healthy once and for all for my girls. I've got three kids, a 6yo and twin 9 month old babies. I ate like a monster whilst pregnant and never looked back. Time to fix this.
Starting weight 329lbs, goal 175lbs and then I will focus on maintaining and really toning up my body. I'd like to see this goal within 2 years.
Plan? Ha.. definitely not zero carbing like before... lower carb and portion control along with the dreaded calorie counting is my intent.
There.. done.
