I've come to a cross roads in my life where I have essentially screwed up everything and every relationship I have. Lost the love of my life to total and complete stupidity. I've been complacent and not active enough. I need to make some changes. I need things that make me feel good again. I've decided to start the Couch To 5K program again, get back into running, slim down and feel like I can hold my head up high and look people in the eye again. I really feel like what you put into your body and do with it directly affects your emotions, so I am choosing to do good for me and change things. I look forward to getting to know all of you and sharing in the support here.
I can totally relate! I have been in your shoes! Nothing helps you to feel better more than helping yourself! I am also recently "back"!! So glad you are here! Good Luck!!
