Just joined the site today. I have been dieting for 20years. In 2008, after a divorce I decided to take it off for good. I started out at 340lbs and got down to 205lbs by counting calories and exercise. Unfortunately, I regained 50lbs but now i'm back on track. I have lost 13 lbs with Weight Watchers, it's going very slow this time. I thought maybe being on this site with ladies and gents going through the same thing could make this journey easier. I am anxious to get to know you all. Thanks.
