New again?

  • Hi everyone!!!

    Like many on here I am starting again on my quest to loss weight.

    When I first started in Jan. 2011, I was 199 lbs. Since then my weight has yo-yoed. I started back on Weight watcher's old CORE plan 6/9/12 at the weight of 172 and currently weight 165lbs.

    What is different for me this time? Not only do I want to lose weight to feel better about myself. I want to get healthy!!!!

    I'm loving my spinach, carrot, and fruit smoothies in the morning!

    I hope to learn new things and stay motivated using this site.
