Hi all of you. Today is my first time posting. I am getting ready to start a big weight loss change to my life and have tried many times and failed because never had support before so thought i would try this. Have over 100lbs to lose. emotional eater.need accountability. will take any suggestions or help I can get. Thanks in advance
I'm new here too and just signing up has already boosted my motivation! Calorie counting has really helped me with the accountability factor, and checking in here daily reminds me that even though my goal seems so far away it's not only possible but attainable!
Take a look around at all of the different groups and I'll think you'll find the same thing I did...you can do it!!!
