Hi everyone! I just started Ideal Protein one week ago and had my first weigh-in this afternoon. I was thrilled to find that I had lost 13.2 lbs! I have a long way to go but know I can do it.

It's a protein diet that really seems to be working for me. It eliminates fat while maintaining muscle mass. I had been having aches and pains especially in my knees. This morning I ran down the stairs before I realized my knees weren't hurting. I still have a lot of weight to lose but know that this time I'm going all the way til the end. IowaBeth that is fantastic! We will be almost at the beginning together, I start tomorrow. After seeing your first week's weight loss I am more anxious than ever. I have a lot to lose, over 85 pounds, so I will be on it for a while. Good luck and I'll be seeing less of you every week.
