Hi,
I was a member many moons ago. A lot of life changes including menopause and a great new job that unfortunately includes a long commute have left me in pretty poor shape.
I also recently had my 51st birthday.
Sooo, I want to start feeling a little less creaky and fitting into more of my clothes.
I did Weight Watchers for a while and it worked very well for me, but, unfortunately I don't have the time to attend regular meetings, so I'm hoping this forum will be a good alternative.
