Default Hello All!!

I am trying (not so hard) to lose weight. My mind wants it more than anything, but my body wants food!! LOL It's going to be a long and hard road, but with the help and encouragement of people in the community, I am sure that I will make it!! My first step is accepting that there is a problem and that I need to get healthy. The next step is stopping making excuses, like, "I don't really look that bad" and "Being curvy can be sexy", when I really know that that is not what I want for my health, self-esteem, or self. Not fitting into any clothes and getting healthy should be my #1 motivators. The question is, "Where should I start??" I am willing to take some advice that comes my way, and I am more that willing to offer advice to others!! Thanks so much!!

Hello to you too! Just joined on here today, and I too feel like it is something I need to do for my health and happiness, but there are so many times when I just want to eat something that I know is not good for me (pizza anyone??). Just trying to do the best I can, one day at a time.

ummmm In my opinion for your situation as a beginner you ought to do removal for all the pleas and justifies , an imagine your body like an engine it's to be clean first...you've to drink more than 6 water glass a day ... for first week just eat fruit and veggies second week one day it's open third week Two day's are open...gradually you'll lose weight and you would be motivated more than you used to be I promise Just be patient
