I'm Elana, seventeen years old, looking to change my lifestyle for the better. This time around, I'm not "dieting," but making a lifestyle change.
I've kind of become a pseudo-vegetarian (the only protein I tend to eat is from beans/legumes, chicken, and seafood), and I'm in Whole Foods at least once a week.
I love, love, love tea. I drink at least three cups of it a day, sometimes more if I can swing into the grocery and grab an all-natural (and calorie free!) half-and-half.
If there are any other teenage-ish folk on here, it'd be nice to have some compatriots! But I won't discourage anyone else from being friendly
