Lemme tell ya, day 4 and 5 seem to be the worst days of my life lol.
Don't really have an appetite, and whenever I try to eat I feel sick. I know its a normal process of the IP diet (i think) but it's so hard!!! haha
Anyways, keep posting! I feel like I may be a tad dependant on your sucess stories in the next few days, so I don't give in on that peanut butter sandwich I want soooo badly.

Not sure what my starting weight was, told my coach I just want to know my loses until I get to my first mini goal of 200lbs... Good idea or bad?
