Not new but...
Hello!!
I知 not new here, but the last time I posted was 2009, so I guess I知 new again. I just edited my weight and I was 255 the last time I posted. I知 happy to say I知 now 179!! I知 so happy about that.
In 2010 I finally decided to get serious about my weight loss and I started following the Weight Watchers 1,2, 3 success plan since I had such great success with that program. By the end of 2010, I was 175 pounds and I had signed up to run my first half marathon in March of 2011.
Last year at this time I was 157 and I maintained through the summer. I was about 159-165 until about November. My Birthday rolled around, Thanksgiving and of course you had Christmas. By the time Valentine痴 day of this year hit, I was 170 pounds.
I致e been struggling and I知 not happy to be up from where I was. I知 happy to be down from where I was, but I am really fighting old urges. I am trying to find support and get back on track so I can lose the weight I致e gained.
I look forward to getting to talking to everyone here (again).
