Hi Friends.
I'm Katy. Former marathon runner, fit person, energetic person.
Now, I'm still Katy, but with a lot less time, zero motivation for fitness, and 25 pounds tacked onto me.
Everything that has worked for me in the past just isn't cutting it these days. Weight Watchers, running, yoga, tracking, I'm just not there with any of it.
Yet I'm sick of being fat.
I know WHAT I need to do, but can't seem to get myself back on track.
Anyone else been where I am? HAve any tips to shake this?


There's a ton of different ways you can go about losing weight and this site has great info/support! Just take some time and browse through the different weight loss options and one of them will jump out at you.
