Ello I'm Laura 28 Pisces, mommy, military significant other, and hair stylist. This is sooo not my first time losing weight. But this is my first time I'm actually going to do it. I started working out mid march but really got my tail into motion when I was proposed to April 1st (totally not a joke, trust me I asked). Our wedding is march 31st of next year so it's crunch time, for real. My starting weight was 247, I'm at 225 goal weight I'm hoping for the wedding will be 150, but I don't think that's my over all goal. I work out 5x a week, anywhere from once a week to every other week I meet with a trainer. I do a mix of cardio, core, and strength. I know this time is different because before when i tried to lose weight I use to smoke, and September will be a year I quit smoking, and If I can do that I can do anything. So here I am, trying to get fit and feel good about myself. Thanks for reading
