harrrrumph!

    Hi My names podge, 39, previous poster, lapsed dieter and i am
    so cross with myself. Having lost over 2 stone last year, I was maintaining really well until christmas ... then my gran died .... then i just ate what i wanted when i wanted and i've put on a stone in under 6 months, so i'm back....
    tonight i decided to dust off the trusty old exercise bike and blow the cobwebs from my ab trimmer... managed only 15 ab crunches! although i did do 30 mins on bike , i'm shocked at how quickly i've lost my stamina...this time last year i was doing 50 crunches without a problem....

    i hereby promise that i will eat breakfast, exercise at least once a day and watch my fat intake....oh and post on here regularly to encourage me to keep it up, so any comments warmly received
