Default Aussie girl trying to keep it off

Hi all!!

Nikki here. I recently have lost about 65lb, most of it with Weight Watchers. I am currently at Lifetime but I am finding it really hard to stick to it and I am scared I am going to gain the weight all back.

I moved to the USA from Australia with my American hubby and my son and the food here is so cheap that it didn't take long for me to gain a bunch of weight. I finally joined WW in Jan 2011 and got to my goal in February this year.

I am hoping to make a bunch of friends and get some support!

Hey Nikki,

I'm also new, but I've never been able to lose more than 10 pounds so congratulations you were able to lose 65!!! I know that you can stick to your goal weight if you could lose that much weight to begin with, you definitely have the resolve!!!!

Good luck girl! 65 pounds! That's is extremely amazing.
Try keeping the work you did up, maybe it helps to take a looong look back at how you felt and lived before losing that weight. Maybe the thought of that will keep you motivated?
Hope you are able to rock on! I think if you lose 65 pounds, you are able to keep it up!
