Hey everyone!

I am new here, have been looking through threads for the past week and finally decided to register. I am currently 150.8 lbs at 5'8". I am VERY out of shape. I do know that I am not overweight (for my height) but I am very unhappy with my body. I am looking to lose weight as quickly as I can, but at the same time I want it to be healthy. I have tried weight loss pills in the past and of coarse they didn't work. I have taken an intense 5 week course of constant work out 4 hours a day 5 days a week last summer and I didn't lose more than 2 lbs. My diet was super healthy. I don't know whats wrong with me but I am willing to do anything I can to get a flat stomach and a toned body!
