Hello everyone....I am new to this site and am so looking forward to encouraging and being encouarged to fulfill my weight loss goal.

I have met my goal 2 years ago and have gained 15 pound back...I am newly married....I think alot of the weight gain is old habits. Cooking and snacking/tasting while I'm cooking.

I can tell you....I DO NOT like what I look like...in the mirror, in clothes and yes NAKED!!!! Some of you may say it's ONLY 15 pounds....BUT remember I am 5'2". Besides I have heard for every 10 pounds lost OR gaines equals one dress size.

I need some encouargement and friends. I will be your source of encouragement and I will be your friend. Do I have any takers!!
