Hello my name is Jenn and I have been overweight since I left the Air Force in 2003. The first year out and I gained a 120 pounds and have not been able to lose anything. This is my first day and I hope this helps. I would like to lose 160 pounds. My goals is 5 pounds at a time to keep things small and simple. I look forward to sharing and learning from all of you.
