Hello everyone Colleen here Im new
So glad to have found this site as it's very helpful. My DH works Const so we live in our Rv and while he works I sit here and have put on a lot of weight. i'm tired of looking the way I do it has made me feel frumpy I also have a strong family history of diabetes and Heart disease in my family so I want to get healthier too. My DH and I are doing this together which helps alot. Glad to be here... I created a weight tracker but cant figure out how to put it in place...so if iv done it wrong...sorry
COLLEEN ~ you have to be here for 20 days & make 20 posts, then your ticker will show up. Meanwhile, you can make your own signature in the "User CP" -- choose edit signature and put in what you want. That's great that your DH is doing this with you; that makes it so much more enjoyable for sure. Take a look around and just jump in wherever you feel comfortable ...
