Greetings Everyone! At it again...
I've decided once again I need to do something about my weight.
When I graduated college 10 years ago I weighed 172 lbs. Thankfully I have very very slowly been able to drop some of the weight and now have been around 150-155 for a few years.
My number one goal is to lose at least 10 lbs, so I no longer would be technically be overweight. Long term I just want to be much healthier. There is diabetes, high cholesterol, etc in my family and I want to keep my good health.
