Newbie trying most things for the 1st time
Hi all. I found this forum while researching a weight loss program, found it very interesting and motivating and joined!
I'm learning to navigate the site right now. I'm seriously getting caught up in how motivating everyone is ! I love it!
Where do you make your signature line ?
I'm a single mom with a 17 year old daughter. We just joined the local Y, but I've been living a very non active lifestyle for the last 11 years (sitting at a desk for 8-12 hours a day) and driving my school bus while finishing college.
I not only need, but want to get healthy. My first plan is to lose some weight, and then quit smoking!
