Hello, I'm full of "vim and vinegar" as my great aunt would say, going on 60 years. Been on LOTS of food programs and diets. Thought I'd work Belly Fat Cure and see what happens. Anyone there currently on this plan, or do you have a good plan you are on? Need to lose 50-60 pounds, just want slow steady success. Have a therapy dog, Briggs, and we also have started agility work. Both of us short and feisty! He's a dachshund/spaniel mix that needs to loose 1 pound or so. (He's my pix) Husband willing to join my eating plan. Let's talk.......

Thank you ladies! The plan is from Jorge Cruise a couple of years ago, also seen on Dr Oz and other shows. Basically,low carb and no sugar. The sugar is what gets me started eating way too much. Hello! I am a sugar-holic! any ideas or recipes you may have tried? The weather in MI is starting to get better to walk outside. Yeah! have a good holiday weekend.
