Hi everyone! I have just found this website while looking online for support groups and forums, as I am aiming to take back my life. From the baby pictures on, I was a chubby child, then an overweight teenager, and now an obese adult. I am now 37 years old and 256 pounds. I have been with my wonderful boyfriend for 10 years, unable to have children but with a brand new puppy. My boyfriend is also overweight, but since starting a new physically demanding job last year, he's lost over 40 pounds, and he's amazing. I have so many great things in my life, I have decided that it is more than time for me to enjoy living it, and it starts by caring for myself.
Over the years I've done more than my share of research on how to go about losing weight, and now I've written a plan, which will include exercise and healthy eating and time for me. So I found this great community, looking for advice, support, knowledge and experiences which will help me along my journey to a healthy me. Just reading various posts, I have found tremendous inspiration already, I am in awe of what so many people have achieved in weight loss. So just wanted to introduce myself and wish everyone continued success
