I have been trying to comment on some blogs and it keeps giving me an error...is anyone else getting those? I'm so frustrated with a lot of the blog stuff. So anyway,, I'm new here and was hoping to find some inspiration here to help me along Is anyone else new and need to lose about 100 lbs??

Yes, sometimes the blog issues do come up; I'm not sure why, but you could bring that up to the Administration. I suspect that some blogs may not be kept active, and that could be just one cause; or there may be some kind of technical glitch?

Hi Carrie -- I'm brand new to the site also, and have about the same weight to lose....and am also interested in blogging -- there is a 100 lb club for us that would be very helpful.

Also, I saw an informational stickee or something like that about blogging.....maybe we can't blog or respond to blogs while we are brand new until 20 days are up or something? These poor websites get hounded by the spammers and advertisers, so I can see they are being very protective of us so we are not harrassed by spam, etc.....so maybe after 20 days and they see we're just gals trying to lose some weight and get healthier more of the site opens up to us....there is probably a forum to ask that type of question also......so....hope to see you in the 100 lb club....AND...i'm going to send this to you by PM also to see if PM works now.....

well i'm a lamer....haven't figured out how to PM anyone yet....lol.

Elizabeth, you need to have been here over 20 days and have 20 posts beforoe you can PM. Hang in there and post a lot and it will come.

Thank you Ruth -- I had figured out that it was probably the 20 day/posts problem.....I am very grateful the website is protecting us from spam....there are a lot of spammers and jerks who would hassle or try to exploit us. I work a night shift and am sort of an insomniac also, so posting a lot isn't really a problem for me.....thanks for the heads up -- appreciate it.
