Default Stuck but feeling positive
Hello all, I am Rachael I am excited to be here, I am 196 lbs but I was 130+lbs. I didnt do anything special to lose the weight but I did and I feel good and I want to lose more. I know how its simple eat less move more I am a firm believer in that. I hope this forum will be a good support for me and maybe make some friends along the way .... so here we go
