What's going on, folks?
Guess a little bit about myself....I graduated a year ago (December 2012) and while I didn't gain the freshmen fifteen, I started gaining weight sophomore year. Buckling down on studying, in turn, had me sitting at a desk more. And yeah, booze and late night snacks were plentiful too.
I've started eating a lot healthier and finally got a gym membership too. Progress is good. Lost a little bit of weight. I kept a food journal for a while, but was getting very stressed with it and almost afraid to eat anything. I've propped up an exercise regimen and weight chart on my wall, decorated with a few of my favorite in-shape celebrities for motivation.
