been in the diet scene forever but new to this forum - currently low carb

  • i feel like i've tried everything under the sun diet-wise and low carb just seems to work best for me. i am once and for all trying to change my relationship with food (uhh while simultaneously starting a food blog?) to a healthier one so i hope i can find a little place for myself here for support and to help support. if i have a multitude of outlets and other-hobbies the better the chance at least one of them will stick, right? lol.

    as a (formerly) chronic yo-yo dieter i am currently reading The Rules of "Normal" Eating and it has helped me very much thus far. I am very private about my eating habits/emotional and mental struggles in real life so it helps immensely to have online support.
