Why hello there ;)
Hello Everyone!
I was on my way to work tonight, contemplating my life and what i needed to change, when I looked up and saw how beautiful the moon was. I decided that now was the perfect moment to start working on myself, not just telling myself i would start.
I am 23, I go to college full time and i work full time. I find that I am depressed with my life and I know its because I am so unhappy with my self image. I hate the way i look, and how it makes me feel. I just dont know how to start. I dont know how to continue once i start. Its hard to encourage myself and easy to discourage myself. I dont have support in life, I live alone and my friends are as busy with their own lives as I am with mine.
I realized that i need support and encouragement, so here i am!
