I am new to this forum, but not new to losing weight. in December my favorite pair of jeans ripped because once again I let myself go. so here I am again. This time, though, seems different. I am focused, and excited, and motivated. And I am down 16 pounds since mid December. I've got 2 active boys and can't wait for summer, to enjoy them in the great outdoors.
I keep a very thorough food diary, work out 3x a week, and check my blood sugar 3 times a day. I take insulin every night because my pancreas just doesn't want to cooperate! but that's OK, because I am in it for the long haul. thank you to so many of you, for sharing your thoughts, experiences, and advise to people like me, who have read your stories and find great motivation through your words.
