hi new to this forum
hi everybody..im heidi and from the uk. im starting on my weightloss journey tmorrow morning and im getting myself physched (sp) up to do it! im 5.7 about 210lbs,married with two teenage girls and aged 44, although ill weight tomorrow morning to find out for sure and im feeling very nervous but also excited.
id love to make some friends and offer support to others along the way.
im planning on using shakes for a while to start me off at least and then may switch to calorie counting or something once i start to feel more in control.
please anyone who has any advise for me, answer!
