I joined MRC about 4 years ago and the diet worked great. However, divorce and stress from that most weight has now come back. Can't afford to pay their high fees this time. Does someone have a copy of the meta-slim diet I havent located mine yet since I've moved??? Also, which online stores are best/least expensive for buying the protien supplements? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
