Good Afternoon Everyone:

I am new to this form, however, I am very excited that I've found it. I really need some support. I have a goal of 80lbs to lose. I know it's a day-by-day action and I am determined to reach my goal. I am currently 250lbs, the heaviest I've ever been. I never thought I would see this weight. It's time for me to rise and grind and shed some pounds. Hello all!!!
