Hi Everyone
Stumbled on this group while Googling the Pink Method. Didn't go that route, but now I'm here because I need to lose 10 lbs to be back in my healthy weight range, PLUS my husband has been diagnosed pre-hypertensive, and can stand do lose quite a bit himself. I'm not the nagging type - I don't believe it works! So I want to adopt healthy habits at home and also to lead by example.
Was thinking about going about this the old fashioned way: better eating choices and exercise. But would love to hear from others what they've found most effective.
