Where to start?
I am 38yr old, living in Taiwan. My husband is Taiwanese and I am caucasian American. We have 4 children, 13,9,7,3yr old (b,b,b,g). I used to be thin

but after 4 kids, 2 of which were c/sections and living in a land where people can eat whatever and never get fat, is has crept up on me. I am at my highest weight of 210lbs

My dh is one who is not the encourager, but not a discourager either. Like last night (I didn't tell him I was counting calories as of Saturday!!LOL!) nothing in the house to eat (we just got back from a week of Chinese New Year vacation) for dinner. So he gets McDonalds....well....that didn't help things.
I was going to ride my bike this AM, but woke up tired and with a headache. I will tonight. I need accountability and help. My weight is mainly between my hips and knees. Tired of the "looking at you from the waist up you can;t tell you are overweight" ---Chinese bluntness!!
Anyway, starting to try this weightloss, healthy lifestyle stuff with counting calories. So, will go looking for a thread for that. Just wanting to say HI
