Hi, thank you for asking. I have paid for weight watchers through February, so I am starting today to track all of my foods. I can use 29 points a day and I hope not to use them all up at breakfast!!!!
As for exercise (I'm sure you can empathize), I have been paying for the gym for 6 years (

) and I plan to go in the mornings for at least cardio, and 4 times a week for weights. I also live in the hills, so if I just get my lazy behind off the couch, I could walk hills FOR FREE. The key is

laziness (for me, it is). So that's why I joined this forum. To be accountable.
