Hi, thank you for asking. I have paid for weight watchers through February, so I am starting today to track all of my foods. I can use 29 points a day and I hope not to use them all up at breakfast!!!!

As for exercise (I'm sure you can empathize), I have been paying for the gym for 6 years () and I plan to go in the mornings for at least cardio, and 4 times a week for weights. I also live in the hills, so if I just get my lazy behind off the couch, I could walk hills FOR FREE. The key is laziness (for me, it is). So that's why I joined this forum. To be accountable.

Thanks for setting up this service.

I love your idea of joining a challenge group, and appreciate any tips you guys have. I have to agree, that's why I signed up -- to be accountable, and to have a fixed goal. Otherwise.. I have found ! that there's little motivation to change.

    Thanks guys!!!
  • Welcome!! We can do this
