Default Hi Im Eddie Ive lost 17 lbs in 9 days

Hi
I just started a diet after seeing Dr. Huizenga from the biggest loser TV show.

I've been on his plan and have lost 17 lbs in 9 days.
I started a blog site to record my struggles and accomplishments.

If you would like to follow me through my journey and share your stories, thoughts, tips or suggestions i would love to hear them

Great Job, Eddie! you're on the right track good for you!

Just remember, it's a lifestyle change, but give yourself a cheat meal (that's the only thing that gets me through a couple GREAT weeks of dieting). Sometimes, my cheat meal will be sushi rolls and it still fit into my calorie intake for the day. YAY!
STICK WITH IT, you're gonna feel even greater than you do now.
you're doing so awesome, congrats on the weight loss!

Eddie, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diet plans, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join!
