Hey!!
Just an introduction before I start posting like crazy.. (because I probably will)
Just another girl trying to lose weight. I've managed to maintain an OKAY weight my whole life but as I get closer to thirty, its time to become active and eat right.
I'm 5'2" .. at my biggest I weighed 164 lbs. My goal weight is really wherever I am happy with my body and how it looks. I'm hoping for anywhere between 115 - 130. My current weight is 150.
I joined a gym and I do 30-60 minutes of cardio, atleast 4 times a week, sometimes 5. I've learned to love it.. I like going there and I like sweating. I like reaching mini goals i set for myself while i'm there of how long I can keep up a pace of running.
Diet is probably the hardest thing as I love love love chocolate. Seriously, it can't even be in the house because I can't keep away from it. If I know we have something, its the first thing I think about when I wake up. Seriously. I might have a disease..
And also, I work nights which leaves me absolutely famished at about 2 o'clock in the morning so that's terrific.
