Not new to attempting weight loss, but new to 3FC. I've fluctuated with weight my whole adult life. 150 at my smallest, and now at my heaviest. I finally have decided that I'm SO over this feeling of being miserable and no confidence. I just started my new "diet and exercise plan" yesterday and am looking for some support and maybe be a support for others! Glad to see you all here and that there's a community like this available!
I am eating max 1,000 cals a day. There are so many conflicting opinions on this (eating below 1,200). I guess I'll find out shortly if it will work for me or not.
