Hi I am 21, Male, in Florida.
I'm ready to embark on a new lifestyle.
Starting today I am on a keto based lifestyle.
My starting weight is 235.6 and my goal weight... one I feel comfortable and healthy with.
I've done the keto diet before and lost 10 pounds in a week as well as had an amazing rush of energy day in and day out. I stopped due to it being for weightlifting and needing a quick cut. But I am ready to shed 3 years worth of added weight and will chronicle my progress in a daily summary with weekly weight/image updates.
Can't wait to share my success with all of you and share in everyone else success!

Dan, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join! Be sure to check out the Men's Corner also!
