Hello!
I'm a 30-something girl from Seattle and kept coming across this site when searching out diet/fitness plans. So, after years of eating a really poor diet, and seeing pictures of myself (and thinking 'am I really that fat?!?!') I decided to get my butt in gear.
I don't have a ton of weight to lose, 20 pounds-I'd be elated if I lose 30.
Looking forward to getting some really good tips and lots of support!
